The AF-01TIJ-CP simplifies the coding process from data setup to final printing. Operators can prepare the required print content, adjust product movement, choose the suitable operation mode, and start printing with clear, consistent results.
🔀Select Automatic or Manual Operation
Use automatic mode for continuous production, or manual operation for smaller quantities, testing, or special product handling.
🖥️ Prepare the Printing Data
Set production dates, expiry dates, batch numbers, text, barcodes, or QR codes directly through the integrated touchscreen.
🖨️ Adjust the Printhead
Install the ink cartridge into the correct position, then press its locking lever until you hear a clear “click”. After that, adjust the printhead height according to the product type to ensure accurate and stable printing.
📦Load the Lids or Products
Place the lids or products in the feeding area according to their shape and size. The machine supports different lid formats, including round, square, and rectangular lids.
↔️Adjust Conveyor Movement
Control the conveyor speed and direction based on production needs to maintain smooth product movement during printing.
🎯Start the Printing Process
Once the product is positioned correctly, the TIJ system prints the required information directly onto the product surface with clear and stable results.
